25 years ago i was looking to buy a house so i started looking around and around and then i decided to wait a bit longer hoping that the prices would come down.
Unfortunately the prices went up so i missed out very badly and later on i had to pay a higher price.
What happen with waiting to find out the truth about anything is a tricky affair.
Sometime it may work for you sometime against you.
But as the old saying...........is never too late.
