And preparing the pork, so that the internal temperature of the meat is 74oC for at least 15 seconds has nothing to do with edibility? What about bear, that during the years 97-01 in the USA was the more likely culprit for trichinellosis? What about eggs and poultry and salmonella, a much more common source of food related infection?
