Perfect is perfect... no matter what it was addressing. Is perfection (as good as is possible) possible? In a 10 / 10 scored test... it would be 100% good. But is 100% as good as is possible? Depends on the test. If the test only has a possibility of getting ten correct... and you get ten correct: then you performed the test perfectly.
It doesn't require that I also get a perfect score on every other test... the perfect I was describing was in the bounds of a single test. If I was being tested in the entire subject area: I would have to perfectly score on every test within the subject area.
