My sister read in her pursuit of nursing degree, that the pain receptor cells are formed at approximately 8wks. I think 8wks is more than enough time to figure out whether it's feasable for you to have a child or not. But you know the day after pill isn't healthy for you..And neither are abortions.
So I advocate not getting pregnant in the first place. There's so many ways to avoid it, it's funny. But it's not funny to tell a bunch of uneducated "poor people" that their health department is shutting down so they need to rely on condoms. Abstinence is the answer People? Fuck them. It isn't going to help. You know what else doesn't help? Not covering birth control pills, or the Mirana insertion birth control that lasts 5-10yrs and costs $200 total, or telling women you don't want to pay for her to have sex but you'll pay the exorbitant hospital bill for her to have the baby, then give her a monthly stipend amount plus food, childcare, tax reward, and insurance just for having a child.

And I don't understand how someone who was raped doesn't just go get the day after pill while they're in the ER for the rape. Been there, done that too. The one time I had a mishap with a condom (even though I was on the pill I was on antibiotics so I went and got the day after pill to be safe) my day after pill didn't work and three months later: surprise! I decided long before that, if I ever got pregnant I'd bite the bullet, have the baby because it was my fault not it's fault, and I'd adopt the child to a family and go on with my school/life. So that was my plan. Unfortunately I miscarried due to illness.
Now there are definitely times when a pregnant woman's life is in danger that the hospital should be permitted to save her life at all costs. She had her life first, after all. Unless she states otherwise that is what should be done. What's so hard about this?

But someone needs to take responsibility here rather than needlessly abort fetuses or finance an unwanted population. And it's neither solely the government nor the women. It's all of society. Parents, insurance companies, republicans, democrats, doctors, MEN/women, the media, AUTHORITIES who prosecute only 11% of rapes, etc.

Get off of your high horses on both sides, and figure out how to actually do something rather than make useless fucking visual art to re-iterate your widely disagreed with stance.
