How do you logically arrive at “all abortion should be legal” from “some cases of abortion that protect the life of the mother should be legal”? That seems like a logical non-sequitur to me.
“It is legal to kill another person with a firearm in the act of self-defense”---- THEREFORE--- “It is also legal to kill another person with a gun for any reason.”
