Bullshit. It shows that he was, at one point, trying to become an American citizen; to represent the nation at an international level. That doesn't scream "western-hating Islamic extremist" to me.

Some sources say they had trouble fitting in; that they had no real American friends. It's entirely possible this was just them trying to get back at a society which they viewed as having turned against and rejected them. It's at least one possible motivation; one that I should note is very similar to the one the Columbine and Georgia Tech shooters had.

No it doesn't. These weren't suicide bombers for one; which is a popular form of attack by Islamic extremists. Secondly, they ran after the bombs occurred, rather than leaving a message and claiming responsibility. Islamic terrorist groups usually like to draw attention to the fact that they did it. The only thing that seems to fit the "Islamic terrorism" idea is the fact that they were Muslims, which simply isn't enough to link to the two together. We need more information.
