Because Christianity are not that different than Greek's faith . Christianity is a multi faiths from : [ heavenly , Greek , Romans , pagan ] religions . this was one of the main reasons for the appearance of atheism in Europe . war against Churches heresy which was against sciences .
But for Islam the situation is different :
All thoughts and beliefs have crashed in front of Islam , always the result Islam the winner because the case in Islam : prove then believe . Islam welcomes sciences and thinking .
Yes there are atheists and seculars among Muslims but they are not effective on the Islamic nation .
