It'd actually be nice if Matt Smith - if he does 5 or 6 season - becomes the Valeyard himself for a season, and ends regenerating into the 12th doctor. I thought it was between the 10th and final regeneration, but I could be wrong on that!
In any case I like the idea of starting the series fresh once the 13th doctor is done, that way you can have the first doctor - who loathes humans - kidnapping two people as his first human companions, again!
