I recall the Children of Earth (Torchwood) had one of the creepiest and disturbing scenes I've ever watched.
The discussion of how to select which children would go to the 456 . . .

It is the equal of the last series of Dr Who i.e. a bit shit.
I used to enjoy Dr who but the writing has become lazy and silly and fails to engage me. It's not Peter Capaldis fault I think he could be a good Dr given the right stories.
