As a rule, I have never brought up my religious views at work. It has suited me well. People have asked me before, and my answer was quoting the policy at work that discourages discussion of religious beliefs. A few people have glimpsed my Satanist Pendant that I keep hidden under my shirt because they pulled it out wondering what it was, but they then ignored the pendant and continued a healthy work relationship. I think you most certainly need to discuss the very disturbing behavior of your co-workers with your boss.
