I can sympathize with those people that bought a place because it is nice and quiet and then some time later a noise polluter comes along. But you can't tell me that when you inspect a house you do not notice an airplane coming over every 10 minutes or a church bell ringing every half our, or a mosque that calls to prayer 6 times a day.


BUT if some nuisance were to appear suddenly in our midst, we might have a fair reason to decide that we couldn't get used to it, and to protest.
