Though, it's not that far off how rape victims are treated in the UK. If a woman is raped, she is put on trial as much as the accused is. That's if it even gets that far. It rarely does get as far as the courtroom because in many cases there is no evidence that it wasn't consensual.

Not that it's all mens fault, it's mostly the fault of psycho women who really do falsely accuse men of rape, so they needed to make it harder for them to get people sent down for rapes they haven't committed.

But at least in the UK, if a rape is evidenced, the woman isn't thrown in jail for actually being raped. Although what happens in communities where the rule of government law is viewed as secondary (if applicable at all) is anyone's guess.
