You learn projectiles, pendulums.... plate tectonics? Volcanoes? water cycle?
But nothing even remotely close to general relativity, nor biology...?

I'd love to list all the subjects I've studied for more than 10 years, unfortunately, I don't have have the time. I'm sure you can find all the information you need about the education here on the web. Perhaps starting with wikipedia.
