I haven't seen any mention to the subjects taught. But I can assure you, I wasn't exposed to evolution, the big bang, nor relativity. I tried to look for a website that has a list of the subjects taught here, but I didn't find one. So if you have a question about specific subjects, I'll be more than glad to give you the information you need.
I've found a much more interesting publication about the education here: Saudi Arabia's Curriculum of Intolerance (PDF). But the reader should know that the government has been working on a reform in education during the past few years, so the information in the document may not be relevant anymore.
