It's true that the fastest men are faster than the fastest women, but if you picked one man and one woman off the street at random and raced them, either one of them could win.

Bullshit. That's scientifically not possible. In fact the fastest 15 year old boys just in the United States, not in the world- are faster than the fastest women in the world, that's actually a fact. So why are teenage boys able to compete (and beat) the fastest women in the world?
