Very sensible of you, but let's not be dishonest and pretend the bible is free from corrupt acts, nor corrupt rules supposedly ordained by god. For example, we rarely go around murdering people for having a different religion or sexual orientation, though that's in the bible.

It contains no corrupt actions by God. God's justice is followed by discipline and the discipline He gives is weighed according to His righteous. The corrupt rules you perceive are those you do not want in your life, just because you do not like them doesn't mean they are corrupt. The scriptures do not try and white wash what man does, nor do they try to hide God's justice, just because you think His justice is wrong doesn't make it so. Slavery is at an all time high now over 25 million people, what are you doing about it? I mean since you do not believe there's a God shouldn't you be doing something to help besides nothing, which in reality is enabling slavery. You complain about slavery of the past yet ignore what's presently right under your nose, sounds like you just want to play the blame game.

OK, I live in east Tennessee, I'm a Christian you neglected to mention that one, I guess now we'll find out what you're up to, I know you've seen my religious view, you must think I'm stupid.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
