You practically only get fossils from members of the established population.... the ones that got some beneficial mutation.
Here's a nice link to start learning about it: Fossilization processes
Do species have a protection system to deny non-beneficial mutation?
Yes, and it is very intelligent
If Evolution is not-intelligent non-sense, non-beneficial mutation must outnumber beneficial ones, by a very great number
It would be almost impossible not to find them in the fossil record.
Think again and clean your brain from this BS.

Asserting that U(0) was either nothing or a constant is incorrect. U(0) is technically undefined, mathematically speaking, as there is no possible state of U such that there exists a U(t) which is equivalent to your hypothetical interpretation of the meaning of U(0). Since the rest follows from assuming that U(0) is defined and has a value, the rest is simply wrong. Even if your assumptions were valid (they aren't; see uniformitarianism), your make-believe mathematical interpretations aren't correct either physically or mathematically.

I didn't assert anything, as I gave the possibility that U(0) may be 0 i.e. nothing, then it is mathematically (and logically) true.
It is like saying God=G where G >=0
this is an axiom (i.e. always true)

But it's taken to new levels of stupidity when you acknowledge evolution, except when it comes to humans. There's all these myriad of creatures on this planet, which we are not connected to in the slightest? Yeah, no, just no.
We share 58% of our genome with bananas, believe it or not. (Theists are near 100%).
When we are more than half banana, then it sort of hits home how closely related that everything is.

1.Can you refute the existence of "endogeneous retrovirus" that Humans have in common with monkeys and primates ?
2.Can you refute that humans have 99% of DNA in common with chimpanzees ?
3.Can you refute that horses can't make a hybrid with a zebra ?
4.Can you refute that lions can't make a hybrid with a tiger ?
5.Can you prove that humans was made with clay (with others sources than religious sources) ?
Remember that I don't reject Evolution
I reject stupid (non-intelligent) one only.
