You have no standard to measure their morals by, so you therefore cannot criticize or praise their morals. Their standard of morality is just as equally valid as yours (according to your espoused relativism). It makes no sense for you to be a relativist but then also criticize someone for adopting different morals than you did. According to you, it is now morally wrong to commit blasphemy in Russia.

The problem with this is that the god from which your 'moral' code stems is indistinguishable from a human psychopath, so God's morals are not morals at all, by definition, as psychopaths are devoid of morals and can therefore not be the source of any.
