That's not my point. Automaton voters will do what they will do, regardless. My point is our current system is broken. A politician has to play the game and pander to lobbyists for money. Those that don't end up getting buried by the ads of the ones that do. Corruption is so woven into the system as to crush any who don't participate.
Replacing Madison Avenue ads with debates would level the playing field.
