Well, simple, would these people who use these stupid arguments buy the same arguments if someone with a different pet deity were using them?
You still are stuck with the fact that there are countless claims of various god/s.
If logic worked like they want it to, then by observing lightening would make Thor real. The Egyptians at least had the sun to point to when claiming it was a god, modern gods of Abraham have less than that.
How about humans make up gods because of our own human ignorance?
