In fact, you do often hear Muslim apologists copying and pasting these apologetic arguments after running a "find/change" function (find word "Jesus" and change to "Allah" and find word "Bible" and change to "Qu'ran").
Always at the end of these canned hack philosophy arguments is an unspoken act of special pleading that "by 'God' we mean 'Yahweh-Jesus', of course".
