Strict buddhists don't eat meat. I think they believe if you eat meat you'll reincarnate as the animal and get eaten and that would atone for you eating meat. do you eat meat? I'm always happy to find a fellow vegetarian.

Yeah, im a vegetarian too. But its due to a different reason, the fact that 90% of energy is wasted while travelling from plants to animals, and also the belief that they're living biengs too. we usually eat those parts of the plants which were supposed to be eaten anyway.
