War with drones might not be the nicest legacy aswell.
I guess his most important legacy will be medicare, it is not perfect, but it might be the first step in the US to move towards a single provider system, which would be ideal.
I guess when talking about him in the future people will always remember that the man before him aswell as his cabinate were technicaly speaking war criminals who deserved to be dragged infront of a tribunal. And if your predecessor is a warcriminal, it is very hard to fuck up so hard that you will have a even worse reputation.
