Out of the countless people who were crucified back in biblical times, they know for a fact this piece of wood was from Jesus' cross? What, did the Romans put his cross in a museum after one of them said, "Surely this man was the son of God?"

I remember seeing ads for pieces of Jesus' cross in the back of magazines years ago... supposedly they will bring you lots of money (from a guy who preached against wealth). I also remember seeing ads for small vials containing the actual sand from Jesus' tomb.
