Far simpler and quicker to strike upwards beneath the breastbone. That can be achieved quite simply with little more than a kitchen knife or a knitting needle.

Don't forget to wash your hands afterwards!

I like the Dim Mak personally...no need for soap. And you know it works...hundreds of kung fu movies is compelling proof!
