I was being charitable when I said that you were being insincere and condescending. I assumed you understood how the atheist position worked and were misrepresenting it anyway to make a point. The other option is that you really are a moron and even after all this time here you still don't get it.
We didn't leave because there was nothing to leave. We didn't say to the father "you are dead to me", we simply realized that there was no father to begin with.
