The nature of God
#15
RE: The nature of God
Thinking Hmmm Zen...very interesting just let me get a glass of wine.

So ...

1. we have no "God" of any description?
2. we have no "Sacred texts" no matter how ancient or recent?
3. we have no need for an organised socio-ecconomic / political structure or hieracy?
4. and yet we still observe "things" happening around us that we may or may not have / had some
in put in bringing about??
5. with regards to 4. ... what would we call it? (if anything) and what would we do with it?

You may be onto something here....

I am thinking that the Wiccans may have something to contribute as far as the use of "spiritual energy" (for want of a better name).
As for my self?? I just can't dismiss that there is "something", well hidden, that is not interested in humans nor anything else we would care to anthropomorhesise (?spelling) regarding the universe. It's nature would be uncaring and "cold" by our standards. I would envisage that this "Entity" (again for want of the lack of human labels) would only be interested in being more of itself for itself because it can. .....Thinking Out of wine brb

lukec....Love the Dinosaur comics! Thanks for the link

LEDO....But his punch lines are Killers!
