Glad you acknowledge there are gaps.
I won't hold my breath waiting for science to fill them.

Those particular ones or any gaps. Surely you are not stupid enough to doubt science will fill innumerable gaps as time progresses, whilst religion lounges in its slumbers.

Science is discovering newer, bigger gaps all the time.
The horizon of possible answers to lifes existential questions keeps getting further and further away.
We in the year 2013 STILL have physicists like Lawrence Krauss talking woo about quantum spookiness and gobbledy gook jargon that is frankly metaphysics.
And physicist Brian Cox lamenting the biggest "most important" question facing humanity - where did we come from?

If the universe/megaverse/multiverse has always existed - why are these guys playing amateur, navel-gazing philosophy games?
At least the Neanderthal caveman didn't know how little he knew.
Science isn't adding to our enlightenment. It is adding to our uncertainty.
Every time I hear an atheist rant about "God-of-the-gaps" I say,
...right back at ya pal!
