Non-Beneficial mutations must include:

1. Neutral mutations.
Men have nipples that are utterly functionless but cause no impediment.
2. Non sense mutations.
Your laryngeal nerve runs from your brain stem, down and around your heart and back up to your larynx.
3. Slightly harmful mutations
Look down and see where your balls are. The painful part of your body is hanging right in front, for anyone to hit and potentially damage reproductive viability.
4. Harmful Mutations (that do not effect reproduction).
Instead of running through the gamut of potential genetic disorders, I will simply point to your appendix, which later life often becomes infected and in the age before antibiotic would often kill you.
5. Fatal mutations.
Wisdom teeth. Your is too small for them and they often become painful and infected when growing in. Before modern medicine this killed by the millions.
