I consider that still to be a genetic matter of course?
Anyway, I consider that if it's not genetic it's environmental and I don't see how it could be environmental?

Of course it's a genetic matter
Environment might be able to influence it (IE: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mutation , extensive http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gene_therapy beyond the means we currently posses, or other environmental affects I haven't though of?)... but it is still a genetic matter despite how environment might influence it
