I don't know who I have less respect for, the Christian who has read every word of the bible and defends it against all reason, or the Christian who only wants to believe the good parts of the bible and then pretends that all the other stuff is either metaphorical or just doesn't exist. I guess I'm just frustrated that neither of them can see that it's all just made up bullshit and there's no good reason to believe fantastic stories in a 2000 year old book are true.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.
