Lets take this situation:
User X comes along with a beating-a-dead-horse argument in thread A; I reply "Go blow jesus out of your ass". No further interaction or I say "because R,S,T reasons".
User X makes another thread with another stupid-long-dead-argument in thread B; I reply "fuck you and your godboy". No further interaction or I say "because R,S,T reasons" .
Should I, in this case, be punished?

Our pal John V is just interested in whining about Minimalist, its clear he has a pet peeve against him, but this forum should not be hostage to a whining kid. If I say one time that "That guy is an idiot!" in a thread, I shouldn't be punished, but If I reply to each post of said guy with "That guy is an idiot" then I should be punished. I should have the freedom to express my opinion about someone, and if asked back, I should tell them why. Else, if I reply with another insult, then I am truly disrupting the discussion.OK, so you can insult someone without adding to the discussion, as long as you only do it once per thread.
Now, is that strictly once per thread, or once per person per thread? I.e., can one make a post insulting each participant in a thread, so long as no particular participant is insulted twice?
But you can insult the same person repeatedly, so long as it's in different threads.

He's an asset to our side. He makes atheists look angry in all of his posts, and stupid in most of them.
Again, I'm just noting that the new rules are clear as mud, and your post reinforces that.
