How does this statement, "...but my body is not a part of who I am..." even make sense? What is a female neuron? Why would you see it as a major flaw in your body and not a minor error in brain structure?
I'm truly interested in this. I've thought of myself as a female before and was talked out of it rather abruptly by a friend. I'm not saying it is the same thing, but I do seem to share more mental states with females than males. One of the most noticable is my need to speak more words than most of the males around me.
I'm convinced I am a man in a man's body, but I also acknowledge a difference in the function of my brain. I have yet to seek professional assessment, but might get around to it someday.
This conversation should probably be split into a "Transexual" thread; it seems a bit weird to keep it in the "Porn" split.
