Apparently the task of "glorifying god" is second to the desire for profit. They’ve toned down their rhetoric in the interest of selling more chickens.

I think a large portion of christians embrace god purely for 2 fring benefits:
1. To be able to indulgent in their private hatred in the name of god.
2. To be able to hate and smarmily call it love.
