Algebra and geometry are what I have used in day to day life and work. Wish I hadn't wasted my headaches on calculus and algebra III, that's for sure. Physics too, practically useless unless I get in a plane crash on an island and need to build a boat and navigate it in the ocean. I wish I'd been taught common sense and logic, survival methods like navigating by the stars because who doesn't want to know that? and natural medicine techniques. Meditation would've been cool to learn too. I think teachers should be more populous and have more diverse elective classes tailored to the kind of learners and thinkers we are. Social studies was just a fucking waste if time--revamp that shit and help kids learn how not to fall into the same ruts they see adults in their lives living, and fgs don't just Say drugs are bad, show them Why they are bad. We have so much knowledge to impart that isn't, its a damn travesty.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.
