Over here, despite the majority of theists, they don't let their beliefs interfere in the community life. To me is all good, they can believe whatever they want if they are not harming anyone else.
ETA: The majority are Catholics here, most of the non-practicing kind. They believe in god, but that issue doesn't come up often for conversation.
