There is no other option at the moment. We continue targeting and killing the bad guys the best we can until a more efficient way of doing it is developed. But ignoring the terrorist threat and pretending it doesn't exist is no solution at all.

You should really read that FBI report I posted earlier. You know, the one where it clearly demonstrated that terrorism is only really a problem in the two countries we invaded. Everywhere else it's a very very rare occurrence.

How rare will it be if it happens to someone you love?

I'll ask you also, how then do we deal with the killing mind of terrorist. Again the key here is terrorist.

You know what one of the components of the killing mind of a terrorist is? Thinking innocent lives are acceptable to take in furtherance of a greater goal. Sound familliar?

We shouldn't deal with terrorists by becoming ones ourselves.

Terrorist attack the innocent for a reason, that reason is terror, they care nothing for human life, this is the reality of the situation, they have a desire to kill you even though they do not know you.
