Keep in mind that people achieve the same goals all the time that aren't Mormon. Do you attribute their success to their professed religion or atheism? This should start sounding a bit silly at this point.
Aslong as it motivates then that's the key to trying. Just gotta see how small the minority is and think, wow that's really cool that they got to where they are today.
Motivation has its different way of calling out a person to take it and just go for it
