Actually, colorblindness is the solution. Blacks need to stop playing the victim card.

...unless they are actually victims of direct racism or are put at a disadvantage as a result of institutionalised racism (e.g. white privilege).

Institutionalized racism is something of the past. What about black privilege & affirmative action?

I always find the 'you're playing the victim card' to be quite a cop-out to an actual argument.

If you find that than you might want to take a look at the arguments you make. Because the people who say these sorts of things are often professional victims.
