I'm generally a comfort girl; jeans, a tee-shirt w/ sweatshirt or slick running pull over and tennis shoes are my go-to.
I put a modicum of care into what I wear to work, but mostly on days I know there are meetings in the office or I'm going out to a site, otherwise I can get away with jeans and a nicer shirt or sweater. Collegiate sweaters are always a go for me, since the only ones I own are for the Ducks and my boss is a Ducks fan
For nice office attire you can't beat a dress for ease - no thinking necessary! For site visits I generally have to wear slacks in case I'm climbing ladders, plus comfy walking-around shoes don't generally look that great with skirts or dresses, so on those days I put more effort into my cloths, but even then it mostly amounts to "what color shirt do I want to wear under my black sweater? Does it really matter? I'm not even going to take off my coat..."
With all that said, though, if I don't have to change out of PJs I don't.
