This is right. Hitler would never have amounted to anything except a shitty, failed painter if not for the millions of people who thought his ideas were good and put him and his thugs into power and enthusiastically backed him all the way to the end. After all, none of Hitler's ideas were original. He didn't fool everyone. For a lot of Germans, he was telling them what they wanted to believe.
That's not to say that I hold the tiniest shred of support for the elimination of any people, because I sure as shit don't.
