Well, judging from what I know about nutrition, vegan diets have amazing cholesterol compared to the average American diet. Our diet is pretty darn heavy in meats, which tends to contribute to a high-fat, high-cholesterol diet. Yep, vegans tend to have a lower fat diet than us, too. But, these are all generalizations and I'm sure there are individuals who don't exactly conform to norms.
