Not too certain about the lacto-intolerance since Australia has a large market in Asia for our milk and milk products. Could be just the tourism industry but I am beginning to wonder.

Would be interesting to actually pin down regional dietary intake. Compare the Inuit diet to say the Asian diet to the American diet?
