Shit when I'm at work that's like the only way anyone refers to each other.

Actually now that I think about it, I only call the people I like "bad names." I'll call the people I'm closer to asshole, dick, bitch, Fuckup. But the people I don't really like or are older I'll call by their real names. To me it's a case by base thing. Different groups have different ways of showing camaraderie.
