You were the one who said that not all sin is evil, GC. I wasn't going to then presume the opposite, that there are some good sins, so I opted for neutral, to avoid making a declarative statement on a position that you have made too vague.

The Bible describes the different sins, I would think that someone like you who claims to know so much about the scriptures would know this. Showing your lack of knowledge. You're the one making the claim that all sin is evil, you need to get the references yourself.

They did have free will, just because you do not want to take responsibility though free will does not mean it doesn't exist. Grow up, you can't wish away God nor His truth. So let me ask you again: what are the criteria for what sins could and could not be performed in the garden- the evil ones, versus the other ones- and where in the bible do you find this list? Furthermore, what is the distinction in the actions of the fall that allowed it to happen, and how was that sin not evil?
