I see what you're saying, but consider that in order to save that someone, you must directly harm another (the girl), and indirectly harm the child born of rape by putting him in the hands of a psychopath.

As this was posed as a moral dilemma, I answered in terms of what would be the most moral choice. Under my personal moral code, causing harm to children is one of the worst possible things one can do.
