So you have issue with someone being told not to kill their slave? you do realize you are quoting old testament law right? Christians do not observe the old covenant, thats what Jesus came to abolish.

First off that is not what that verse says at all. It's not saying "don't kill your slave." It's saying, "it's okay to beat them, just not too hard."
Secondly, Jesus clearly states in Matthew 5:17-19:

17 “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

As for the first second one, its pretty good advice. You see there were a couple of famous slaves in the bible one was Joseph(whose life parallels the life of Jesus perfectly), because he was a faithful and righteous slave he became ruler of all Egypt. And the other is Daniel, a man brought into Babylon as a slave.

Here you are presenting a red herring. The point is the Bible condones slavery, not that it gives good advice about being a slave. Don't do what most theists do and blather on about everything other than what the topic is in order to confuse the point.
