Never been to Indonesia, but lived in Malaysia. Didn't much care for the food except sate,which I still love. Have been to China,from Hong Kong to Beijing. I found the food uneven,depending on the chef. It ranged from disgusting to sublime. I still fantasise about good Dim sum and proper Peking Duck.
