They're meant for the entire human race, as well as any animal that we interact with. Disease is preventable in many cases. Please explain the mechanism, or a possible method, by which vaccines lead to autism. And/or provide convincing evidence that people have developed mental illness as a result of vaccination.
Do your own research, there is plenty of evidence to look for.
