Baseball is such a boring game... if you can sit through it you already have a serious, if temporary, psychological problem: Boredomitus... a terribly contagious apathy that spreads through people like electricity through water, and especially quickly in places where there is little movement or swift/understandable/unpredictable activity (classrooms, baseball stadiums, desk jobs, places without killer robots and invincible soldiers crashing through walls, etc). The best known cure for Boredomitus is an active imagination... capable of turning the most boring of situations into temporary personal entertainment centers.
As having a 'hard-on' increases the amount of 'sexual' chemicals in the brain... it should not be so difficult from there to imagine sexually oriented entertainment. Hardly a bad thing, especially when the alternative is watching a game of baseball...
